As the founder of Revel Collective, a creative agency and production hub, Erica brings extensive experience from leading top-tier agencies and media companies, and working alongside some of the most creative well known artists globally. Known for her ability to foster meaningful, long-lasting relationships, she specializes in producing easy to market content, sharing talent and brand stories in ways that leave a lasting impact, and being a go-giver. 

 

Erica has worked with some of the most influential names in entertainment, including Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, Gwen Stefani, Michael B. Jordan, SZA, Tom Holland, Margot Robbie, and Rob Pattinson. She’s also trusted by emerging talents such as Troye Sivan and Addison Rae. Her collaborations span commercial, editorial, film, and television projects with industry giants like Universal, Hulu, Disney, and Paramount, as well as creative icons like Ellen Von Unwerth, Samuel Bayer, and Nicola Formichetti.

 

A strategic consultant, Erica develops campaigns and strategies for top companies and artists including LVMH, Coca-Cola, YouTube, Lanvin, Revlon, and Richmond. She excels at securing top talent and producing visually compelling content that amplifies brand impact and engagement.

 

Trusted by top talent management, Erica has interviewed icons like Meryl Streep and Shawn Mendes, and rising stars such as Aubrey Plaza, Anderson .Paak, and Addison Rae. Her editorial career spans over a decade as Entertainment Director at-large with Wonderland, Man About Town, Rollacoaster and Flaunt Magazines, where she was also President. Her other executive roles include positions as SVP of Starworks Group (now VICE), and Head of Marketing & PR at Young Hollywood TV from inception, as well Director at Emmy and Peabody winning agency Full Picture.

Erica’s expertise in marketing, film, and media placement spans clients like AUDI, KRUG Champagne, Swarovski, Victoria’s Secret, and Richemont. She has advised hospitality visionaries such as Ian Schrager, Rande Gerber, and Jason Pomeranc, and athletes Danny Granger and Andre Berto. Her impact-driven approach ensures campaigns and strategies that resonate deeply with audiences.

Her passion for art and storytelling fuels her diverse slate of impactful projects—such as a docuseries about revered Peruvian indigenous leader Benki Piyãko and artist Gary Baseman’s Mythical Creatures, a film directed by award winning David Charles Rodrigues. Erica is also co-founder of HARK, an innovative sound venture with multi-Grammy-winning producer Jack Joseph Puig, blending her love for music and wellness with tech innovation.

 

Beginning her career working with bestselling author Danielle Steel where she honed her passion for storytelling, Erica built and activated a variety of brands and artists, companies and projects across the globe from Warner Music to American Express, SUPRA footwear to Beyonce's Ivy Park. She’s contributed to iconic films including Cinderella Man,  The 40 Year Old Virgin, Meet the Fockers,, and Inside Man, to name a few and co-produced Forever, a nonprofit initiative film aimed at supporting artists through film and TV, securing meaningful press coverage, sponsors and talent. 

 

A lifelong seeker, Erica has meditated with the Dalai Lama, fire-walked with Tony Robbins, brain hacked with Dr. James Hardt and drank plant medicine with indigenous elders. Trained for over 15 years under Rev. Michael Beckwith, she is also a certified Master Reiki and Sound Practitioner. She played a key role in launching the first metaphysical streaming platform and prioritizes health for everyone involved in all of her projects. 

 

Erica is dedicated to supporting causes such as The Los Angeles Fire Department, The Midnight Mission, The Humane Society, and Musicians on Call. She is sometimes on social media at @ericacornwall, sharing ramblings to inspire.
