Chief Creative, producer, director, strategist, writer and filmmaker, Erica lead award-winning projects while running top agencies and media companies prior to founding creative agency and production company Revel Collective where is is now able to more freely collaborate with other creatives, entrepreneurs, artists, brands and non-profits.
Known for her extensive relationships, forging unique best in class partnerships, producing meaningful projects, securing top talent, writing, advising on and implementing creative for emerging and renowned clients, Erica is constantly creating. Collaborating with and producer for incredible artists like the icon Ellen Von Unwerth and trusted creative by other talent including Beyonce, David Beckham, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Nick Jonas, Michael B. Jordan, Gwen Stefani, Rob Pattinson, Margot Robbie, SZA and Keenan Thompson, among others. A regularly collaborator and art director of commercial, editorial, film and television projects with Universal, Disney, Paramount, along with other iconic and rising artists Samuel Bayer, Sandy Kim and Nicola Formichetti.
She loves producing inspiring content to entertain and elevate consciousness and consults for Concious Good TV, currently she is producing a docuseries about a revered indigenous leader as well as Gary Baseman's Mythical Creatures film directed by David Charles Rodrigues along with a slate of other projects. A passionate lover of music, Erica is partner in an audio technology experience benefiting artists and fans alongside multi-Grammy winning artist Jack Joseph Puig, where Irving Azoff is an advisor. As a wrier she has interviewed Meryl Streep, Aubrey Plaza, Anderson .Paak, Andrew Rannells, Madeline Brewer, James Corden, Shawn Mendes, Addison Rae and more. Also she writes about travel and wellness experiences and was Director-at-large for Wonderland, Man About Town and Rollacoaster for 13 years working alongside the founder, as well as brand consultant to many companies, securing top talent, producing content, creating strategy and brand partnerships.
Erica held executive positions at the prestigious creative agency Starworks Group (now VICE), Flaunt Magazine, Young Hollywood TV, award winning Full Picture (Project Runway creators) and hosted/wrote/produced The Daily Dose on Music+TV working with artists like Flea, Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer. She developed marketing, film/tv placement and content strategies for many clients including; YouTube, AUDI, Coca-Cola, Gucci, IWC, KRUG Champagne, Lavin, Loree Rodkin, Net-a-Porter, Tom's, Smart Water, Richemont, Maybelline, Sir Richard Branson, Swarovski, Revlon, Vanity Fair, LVMH, Vivienne Westwood, Victoria's Secret, American Express and Chanel, along with opening several properties with hospitality gurus Ian Schrager, Jason Pomeranc, Rande Gerber and athletes Danny Granger and Andre Berto.
Starting her career with the worlds best selling author to date Danielle Steel, later writing for then building and activating brands such as Warner Music, The Luxury Collection Hotels and launching YouTube talent partnerships; and worked with directors Ron Howard's Cinderella Man, Judd Apatow's 40 Year Old Virgin, Jay Roach's Meet the Fockers, Spike Lee's Inside Man; Beeban Kidron's Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason and co-produced Forever, a first of kind non-profit model to support artists and those in need through film/tv.
Contributor to Huffington’s Thrive since inception; Erica shares experiences from meditating with the Dali Lama, fire walking alongside Tony Robbins, drinking ayahuasca with indigenous shamans, and bio-hacking with Dr. James Hardt. A devotee to transformational self-expanding modalities, she’s trained under Reverend Michael Beckwith for 15+ years and is a certified Master Reiki and Sound Practitioner. She helped launch the first metaphysical and non-profit streaming platforms aiming to bring positive impactful content to the world.
